My brand new 2016 jeep renegade had a bunch of lights come on. I called stetler got Stephanie S who had a car waiting for me and provided excellent customer service. She had my oil changed, vacuumed, and gave me a free wash coupon.
Don't answer phone, don't call you back. Make an appointment and they don't have it in the system when you get there. I have had some sort of issue everytime I had my vehicle there. Will not use them again.
Stetler is all about relationship building. I take my vehicle there for Service because the staff is great, the service is excellent and it's always a joy to see and talk to other loyal customers in the beautiful customer waiting area or on the customer shuttle van. Hats off to the sales, service, parts and customer service teams! You all make my life a whole lot easier! Thank you.
