So far they are awesome people to deal with!!! Hate having to get my car fixed but the service department is awesome.
Took my durango in to have a recall fixed. According to their system this is the 2nd time now. Well it was suppose to be done yesterday yet they say they got a damaged part in and it would be done today. So I stop in this afternoon and they are so busy with cars from today that mine would be in when they got a chance. I had mine there the night of the 6th for my scheduled appt on the 7th and still no call. You advertise a Jeep on your website at a certain price with no disclaimer at all. I call a salesman to verify the price and he says it is correct. My wife drives down and verifies the price in person. We wait till the next day to get the trade in value of our vehicle and in the process the price of the Jeep's goes up $7000.00 dollars.
