Service here has always been excellent. During routine maintenance, they’ve replaced the battery twice because it has failed their load test and it was covered under warranty. My nav stopped working and they replaced the whole radio/nav unit. They’ve gone the extra mile to make sure my questions are answered and provided drop-off service when requested ahead of time. Last service, Carrie was courteous and helpful.
Had an excellent experience with buying a new car. Hung our car salesman was very knowledgable and took the time to find us the right car. We loved it so much we came back the next day to buy another one!
Disappointed about the over 2 hour wait for 40,000 mile service. Also have an issue with condition of driver seat looking extremely bad after 4 years and all I was told is that I didn't take care of it.
