Friendly customer service. Prompt service of my vehicle. They were finished with my vehicle before the estimated wait time. While I waited I was able to take care of some paper work I had taken with me in their quiet lounge. I will recommend them to my family and friends in the future. I have been pleased when I take my 2015 IS250 for maintenance. I did have to wait a couple of hours, but they replaced my battery free of charge during inspection. They road tested my car, and changed the oil. This was my 30,000 miles service. My service advisor is Matt Torres, and he does a great job!
