I had been having problems with my “check engine” light being on for the past 3 years. Twice I was told it was a particular problem which cost me over $1000.00 total, numerous time I was told it was my gas cap. I took my car to Sterling McCall Lexus for 30,000 mile service and received first class treatment. Thong Tran, my service advisor greeted me upon my arrival, asked if I had any issues or concerns regarding my car and took in the car to the service department. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I’m very happy with my experience with the dealer and Thong Tran.
They did a good job servicing my 2016 Lexus RX 350, check everything, change the oil. Thank you Sterling McCall Lexus.
