Rude, unethical staff and the issue stems up the chain all the way to management in the Service department I’ve been coming to Sterling McCall Lexus for about 10 years and my last two visits will be the last. Purchased the windshield policy with my RX 350 in 2014. I got a 2 chips on a Sunday night called to make the appointment Monday morning. They said it would be no problem. Took my car in on Thursday & with the heat of course the chips ran. The service advisor Egore was terrible from the beginning. The only phrase he knows is, “I’m just the messenger”. I have bought 3 Lexus vehicles. The last 2 from Sterling McCall and I will come back for my next one. I have all of my service done here. I usually arrange to have a loaner, but not always. It just depends on what I’m having done. Keven Bayer has been my service consultant for the 5 years and he is awesome!!! It’s super easy for me to set up my appointments and he lets me know up front when I should schedule a loaner and when the appointment will be short enough to wait. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Thien Nguyen. I was expecting to purchase a used IS, but there were none in the color I wanted. So Thien, helped looked for new for me with premium but even then I could not find what I was wanted. In the end, Thien was able to get me an AWESOME deal on a brand new 2018 IS 300 top of the line at steal price. Thank you so much for helping me with this purchase!!! Highly Recommended!!
