I’m a hard critic but have nothing but praise for Sterling McCall Lexus!
While at the Lexus Sterling Mccall CPO dealership in Houston Tx, I was treated unfairly by one of the salesmen and feared for my safety. Tom treated me as though my sale did not matter by taking a nearly 15-20 minute personal call as I inquired about the 2015 ES350 and IS250. He also insinuated I did not have enough money to purchase my car of choice (ES350) by stating I needed to stick with the IS and not look into getting the price information for the ES because it would be $5000 more. First I was visit Westside Lexus and my niece told me she just purchased Lexus nx300at Serling McCall Lexus by a salesman Thien Nguyen he was the guy easy to deal with and make a deal smooth and quickly.after I went to sterling McCall see him during showing the car and negotiations the price I got the deal on that day I hardly Recommend Thien he is the person you can trust.
