Steven Quach assisted me with my vehicles maintenance on my Es330. Took vehicle in also because was informed by previous service advisor that my head gasket was seeping oil and would need repair. While being serviced was informed by Mr. Quach that was not the case and would not need further service other than regular maintenance. Thank you for the honest service from him and his team, would highly recommend Mr. Steven Quach for his honesty and great customer service.
It's a bit different than what I remember, jut I like it. Very efficient & fast. I wasn't waiting long at all. And I live that they offer free breakfast while you wait. THUMVS UP t Sterling McCall Lexus!!!
I religiously take my car to Lexus for every required maintenance; however, the quality of work on my car has quickly declined. I had an oil change conducted on my car and they neglected to replace the oil cap resulting in oil spraying all over the hood and my engine constantly running. Dave Capin and Anne Tran were absolutely AMAZING!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience. I Hate going to car dealerships but this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had.
Chet Sourn was my sales person and was excellent. From the time I made my appointment through picking up the car he was responsive, courteous, clear in his communications, and a pleasure to deal with. I felt he was transparent on the basis for the pricing and I was never rushed. All this was even more impressive given that I was buying a $10k used Mazda Miata for weekend fun and was treated the same as if I was spending 5 or 6 times more.

It is lucky that I have Thien Nguyen as my salesman. He is very patient and willing to answer all my questions. He does the best to let me know what is the difference between the models. And I walked out Sterling McCall with my new Lexus NX 300 happily. Even after days I have any questions, he is still helping. Definitely will recommend my family and friends look for Thien if they need the car.
