Very well organized dealership. Dealers are very polite and explaining details very patiently. The managements is at best, I had a chance to be welcomed by the manager herself. She was exceptionally welcoming.

I would rank 5 star but it says u loved it, little much for me In business terms: efficient, courteous from moment I got there, quick service while I waited, have never had prob with service & this is my 2nd Lexus—my service rep was out on leave & used Mr Holmes, had 7 am appt, he cane out to meet me & take my car, knew I was waiting & needed to go to work. I was finished by 8:15. He was excellent
I am very pleased with my car service @ SM. My service advisor, Lun Tu, is the greatest. He takes care of business & is kind, courteous & a very professional Advisor. I enjoy the amenities SM offers & Charles, car loaner representative, was very courteous & professional too! I appreciate the great customer service you get @ SM. Thank you!
