Sterling McCall customer service is going down compared to 1st Lexus I bought in 2009. Went in today for an oil change and my service provider’s manager didn’t want to honor a coupon that was 4 days old. Also, Whomever put my license plate on did a piss poor job. Don’t forget you all aren’t the only Lexus dealership in Houston that can service my vehicle.
The service was excellent. Everything was done right on time period the The loaner car was top of the line.
Very positive experience at Sterling McCall Lexus Marc Bawcum was very helpful from the moment we arrived he came to tell us their was an additional charge above what he quoted and he came back at the estimated time and took care of our bill . All the staff were very professional and courteous. The whole experience was present
