The service staff is always pleasant and easy to work with. I especially love that I can leave work a freshly washed car after my service appointment. My only complaint is the lady that helps with technology issues/ questions. She always makes me feel stupid when I ask a question or have a problem and treats me like the issue is my problem not the fault of the technology. Her approach is all wrong. All good services from arrival to pick up. Only one technical observation that requires attention. My right rear tire had been damaged and required replacement. It was reported that upon replacement all tires were checked for proper pressure, etc. My dash board tire pressure sensor now shows that I have 33 lbs in 3 tires and 38 lbs in the new left rear. I will release the extra pressure from the new one to align with the others at 33lbs. QA/QC surprise.
As always, clean facility, prompt service, friendly people. I can always rely on Service Writer Matt Torres.
The best customer service! I had fueled my car with bad gasoline & the tank needed to be drained, flushed & cleaned. Marlon Romero went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road. Communication was excellent & so was the service. This is why I’ll always drive a Lexus.
