I recently relocated from Atlanta GA., to Houston TX., and needed to find a Lexus dealer. I simply chose Sterling McCall based off of locality. When I arrived I was EXTREMELY impressed. The salesman Bustena Nanjappa was very unprofessional. I live 4 hours away from Houston. I was able to work out a deal on a vehicle via telephone and placed a deposit for the vehicle. Prior to making the 4 hour journey, I spoke with Mr. Najappa and confirmed everything. I arrived to the dealership only to find out that the specific vehicle I placed a deposit on was sold and there were no other substitutions available. All he could do was snicker and say sorry.
