I just bought my Lexus last week. My buying experience was wonderful. It was precise and straight to the point. Hong Nguyen was an AWESOME salesperson! My initial financing negotiations went fine. However, 5 days later someone in finance called me back with some BS! Now, I will give the General Manager credit for having someone else contact me back after I sent him an email and the situation was resolved satisfactorily and I am once again a happy customer.
