Service there today on our RX350 was top notch. The Service Advisor was Randy Lemp and he outlined what the requested and needed services were for a 40,000 mile service. He estimated the time, kept me informed along the way when new problems or additional replacements were probably needed -- or not, and delivered the vehicle to me as promised -- exactly within the time frame estimated at the start!

The service advisor Hammad was amazing, gave a me quick quote, and the car was ready before it was promised. I would defiantly recommend the dealership and him. I love close to west side Lexus, however I prefer sterling McCall because of there service and there service advisor. Again Hammad was great and thank you so much

My Service Consultant, Grant Miles, went above and beyond his job to help with my request for a Lexus replacement windshield. He made several calls to my insurance to ensure that the entire process would go smoothly. He gave me a quote and the actual drive out price was $80 than expected.
