Excellent customer service and car service was performed in a timely manner.
I've taking my car for oil change several years there and has always been taken care of although sometimes I have to wait 2 hours plus however they make it up by honoring a free oil change the service is very very good and they treat you with respect.
We bought a Lexus RX350 from Hai and his service and attention to detail were great. He took the time to explain everything about the car to us and made sure we knew everything about the car before we left the dealer.
I stopped in to schedule an appointment to have maintenance done on my car due to the service light. The gentleman was assisting me & provide me the timeframe, which he indicated an hour. I was extremely happy because I had an hour to spare. My car was completed in an hour & Im back on the road....Thanks, & Im one extremely satisfied customer!
Took my 2015 RX 350 into service today and was greeted by Brody..he took his time explaining what services needed to be done on my SUV..Service was completed in a timely and efficient manner..

The service at Sterling McCall Lexus is exceptional. The service writer, Paul Zapata, took care of our 30,000 mile checkup, arranged for a loaner car, washed our car and had it ready to drive out in less than 5 hours.
Good service, no hassle. Have to come earlier next time to take advantage of breakfast options ;)
