Today I went to get my state inspection done and maintenance done for the car and everything went quick. I was greeted by friendly staff members and was helped out by Thong Tran, who was the service advisor upon my arrival. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and was very kind. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help with your car. His number is 832-452-7231 if you ever want to schedule and appointment with him.
One star is too much for this awful dealership!! We purchased our 2016 RX 350 and have been treated poorly since DAY 1. It sat in “pre certified” for over a week. When we picked it up it had the exact same crumbs, dirt and dust in it that were there since we test drove it, they couldn’t even vacuum and clean it up for us, a 50k purchase and they could not even turn on a vacuum. Since the purchase of my Lexus LS460, to ensure that it remains running like new, I've taken my car here for all the maintenance needs. Star treatment when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. Even if my maintenance requirements are the same day, it gets done.
