We actually live in San Antonio but traveled to Houston to contact Thien Nguyen to purchase our new Lexus RX 350 based on a recommendation from a family friend. Thank you very much Thien. You have made the purchase very pleasurable and quick. See you again when we are replacing the other family car.
Finance department is bad . I canceled my service but take too long to return money . I call them no one is available. They take a massage and never return call . It included financial director.
Received promptly in service, offered an Ipad to watch a movie, coffee and snack bar. The recall work was done in the time estimated, they filled the gas tank, inspected everything, washed it. Returned with a smile. What else can you ask for? Outstanding Service!
The service dept and lun tu advisor tamper with emails by changing emails putting wrong emails and other info so you wont get a survey u r happy or not reported this to Lexus corporate horrible experience no courtesy lun tu go elsewhere save time money and most of all headache and i did not receive a copy of world class inspection i got 3rd page that has nothing on it i as a customer should get all 3 pages of what and how much work my car needs never gave me

Thienh Nguyen courteously handled my lease inquiry for new GX460. The offered pricing and trade in offer were made without any hassle. The customer waiting lounge is a pleasure with free drinks and snacks. The finance manager Hafiz was helpful explaining the no obligation add-ons and expedited the paperwork process.
