We had a fantastic buying experience led by our sales rep Luis Gomez.
It was a good visit and got the car I wanted. Wish the navigation was updated when the car was handed over at the dealership. The finance guy was kind of take it or leave it even when I was trying to query some of the points. Further he was kind of shady about the credit score used for arriving at the rate of financing. Except finance guys this place is great
This dealership sold a LEXUS Platinum extra care vehicle service agreement but will not honor it. Alice the financial manager admitted that the sales team made a mistake on the contract (by checking the wrong box) and even though both parties signed the contract and the buyer purchased the coverage plan they will neither honor the coverage plan nor refund any money. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I am disgusted at the racism that still exist in America and at Sterling McCall Lexus. They have the worst customer service as it always takes 15 plus minutes just for someone to greet me! Yesterday, I entered the location at the same time as a middle age white female and I was serviced way after as I am a young Black American female! Luis Gomez was an awesome salesperson. He was patient and very attentive. He made it his mission to find me the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. I would recommend him to anyone looking to receive exceptional service when purchasing a luxury vehicle.
