Took in my LX 570 for service. There was some confusion about what needed to be done and the service guy was kinda rude because he just kept cutting me off as I was trying to ask questions. I couldn't even get a chance to explain so my husband had to take over. The service itself was good and as always it's a pleasant atmosphere inside the dealership so you don't mind waiting a little bit for your car.
We had a great experience here recently. Thien Nguyen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were considering. He made the process so easy and painless!
