Bought our 2018 GX460 from Thien Nguyen this week. Thien Nguyen made our buying experience so smooth I wish I could give him a six star. Definitely exceeded our expectation. He didn't play games like most of the car sales people. He was upfront and helpful during the whole process. I'll definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. We'll be back for our next Lexus.

Sales and Service Staff are exceptional! Once you purchase the different services from their finance department, and you try to get in contact with them at a later date, they blow you off. They never answer the phone or call you back. I have a ton more negative comments about trying to reach their finance department, but they are not suitable for this site.
