They've had an ad in Autotrader and on their website for three days now and haven't posted pictures or a price with it. It SAYS it's a yellow 2002 Honda Civic hatchback. They still can't be bothered to update their ad, but the internet sales guy, Christopher Whitmire, sent me five upside-down, poorly-taken pictures of a ratty green sedan. This was my first oil change on my 2016 TLX. Antonio was wonderful. He told me it might be 1.5 hours but I was out in less than 1 hour! He was very professional and most helpful.
It's a shame that I have to even give this place one star to leave a review but here goes. To start, we were looking at a 4Runner this dealership had listed at their location. We live in Denver so we made sure to get as much information from the sales person over the phone regarding the condition of the vehicle prior to committing to the car. These truly are committed to create a long term relationship and not just make a quick buck. I bought my car from here, and even service it here, and mind you, i live 1 hour away. I've never had any issues with service. They are always honest about how much time or the cost it would take. Plus every time you service, they give you free hand car wash.
Had an issue with Broderick. He has an attitude and is not well verse with customer service. I thought I would be treated better at a dealership, but it wasn't the case. I will be taking my business else where from now on. And let all my friends who have Acuras not to go here. Also my last visit, the front metal strip was missing. I emailed them about it and no response.
