I have always had a positive experience at Sterling McCall Acura. I had made an appointment for an oil change, but as I have never needed any service on my car other than oil changes, I agreed to all the suggested maintenance needed at 30,000 miles. Broderick Edwards was my service advisor and he was kind, up front, and gave me several updates while I was waiting. They had free coffee, snacks, and WiFi, which made waiting tolerable. My Acura is by far, the nicest vehicle I’ve owned and hope to keep it in pristine condition.
I always have a good experience when I come here. They have convenient amenities while you wait and they make sure you have what you want and need. All of my questions are answered and all options are covered with detailed explanations. Was just getting a new battery but it was brought to my attention that it was still under warranty and it had been years past the normal warranty I thought I had. I will definitely come back to this location, and Bobbi was a great help There. Thanks again.
