I very much appreciate the extra effort that my Service Advisor provided, on a very busy Saturday, to help me with my MDX service despite me not having an appointment. After dropping my car at the dealership, my Service Advisor stayed in close communication on the status of the repairs. Great experience! Thank you!

Sterling McCall Acura has gone down in customer Service over the years. With my first Acura I was very happy with them but this time when I went in to service my MDX I received nothing but lazy and mediocre service.
