I work for Frank Leta Acura and this dealership truly prioritizes the customer's wants and needs before anything else.
In my dealings with them I have found them to be upfront and fair with all my interaction with the staff. They will listen and explain things in a manner that is best for me and my car. I have only had good dealings with them from my purchases to all services required.

Their rates are good and they do good work. I trust them to take care of my care and not try to sell me something I don’t need. Seth and Mark are great. Even that guy with the beard in the showroom is ok..... sometimes. Just kidding. Super good dealership.
The service department is not very competent. I used to work for Honda service and I am pretty certain that we would not be allowed to return a vehicle to a customer with a tire light on, especially after performing a service/inspection/tire rotation and said light was not on a drop off. Also would not be allowed to return a car to a customer with a giant screw in the tire that was apparently "overlooked" at drop off and during the entire service appointment where the car was in their care for 4+ days.
