I’ve brought my last 4 Acura’s into Sterling McCall Acura over the last 10 years. The service is always top notch and the coffee makes the visit even better. Tim Machuca was my service advisor for many years before he was promoted and transferred to another dealership. Now Antonio Mora has our cars in his care. We had a very good experience buying our son his first car there. Our sales guy Sean was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was that they forgot to put the floormats back in the car after detailing and we had a four hour drive before we noticed (it was dark). We called the following week and they agreed to buy us new mats and ship them. My only complaint is that the mats were not Dodge brand which is what came with the car and it wasn’t our fault that they were lost. But overall very good experience, I would reco... read more
