My main and really only complaint is their lack of keeping an appointment. My appointment was at 11:30am and when I inquired and eventually complained at 1:30pm, I learned that they hadn’t even started on my car yet. Two hours COMPLETELY WASTED of my day. In all fairness, they did comp my service. So bottom line - If they could improve their ability to keep appointments, I would be satisfied.
Everyone at the dealership is so helpful and wonderful, especially Oscar in sales and Brandy at the service center.

I have had a great experience with Sterling McCall Acura, they are always helpful and take care of any need that arises. Their waiting lounge is comfortable, complimentary coffee/drinks and snacks. I decided to take a look at the 2019 RDX today and I was pretty impressed with all of the features.
