Went in to have a service in which they gave me the runaround with my diagnostic. Rich Grake, the Service Center Manager reached out to me after I left an unfavorable review. He spoke very rudely to me over the phone and interrupted me during the conversation further perpetuating the unprofessional behavior of the service center associates. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Acura RDX from Aaron. He made the buying process super simple! After the paper work was signed and the car was cleaned up, I noticed small scratches along the bottom of the car. Aaron, with his three bottles of magic formula personally worked out all of the scratches. Ask for Aaron at Frank Leta Acura, you won't be disappointed.

The service department Took car in because I was having problems and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about I know my car have been driving it for 4 yrs so I know when there is something wrong

The professionalism of the staff is significantly terrible...I purchased an Acura MDX. After being disappointed about the road noise and feel and touchy brakes l requested within 24 business hours to rescind the deal or work something out After being avoided my husband got involved. it took them three days to tell me what they would be willing to do.
