Update: I was able to speak with the General Manager, he listened to all of my concerns which goes a long way when it comes to customer service. Additionally, he reached out to the Falls Church location to transfer my case and to complete my detailing service. The GM, Jose Cabrera's attention to my concerns reminded me why I was initially happy with Karen Radley. Horrible Service Department!
