I reccomend the service department but NOT the service advisor. I came in for an oil change and was told I needed an alignment, ok I agreed to that. The service advisor "s name was pronounced Tree, not sure how to spell it. About an hour later I'm told my vehicle is ready but I need 4 new tires. I stated I didn't want. Tree went on to tell me it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. This made me feel like the tires had already been put on the car. Sorry that's not the way I do business. Recall for airbags and purchase of 4 new tires were done promptly and costs were reasonable. Check for additional needs was done as a courtesy. Mr Kevin Flores professionally explained in detail the status of items needed for automobile to continue running smoothly & answered questions which were asked. As a result, my experience w/Sterling McCall was excellent!
