RecommendedHaving to wait for car maintenance at a dealership is never anyone wants to do. But Sterling McCall Acura makes the wait so comfortable. From the gourmet coffee, muffins and HGTV always on TV - it’s like being at home. Everyone you come in contact with is friendly and courteous.

RecommendedThis was the first time I’ve visited Sterling McCall Acura, Houston for an A1 service, the service advisor was really good and efficient who explained the process before and after the service was done. Job was done per schedule. Left satisfied.
RecommendedI think they need to be clearer and up front about their product matching policies. One guy told me they match the price of a tire but after finding a much cheaper tire I was told by the manager that they match the entire service associated with mounting the tire, which resulted in minimal savings to me.

Worst buying experience ever. Still bought car but financing guy was awful. Gave me rate and then lowered multiple times when I was going to leave. Then tried to screw me on warranty options. I would never do business with this dealership again. Nor do I recommend it to anyone. They sent me an email asking for feedback so I am giving honest feedback.
