Great people and so professional.. more than happy to be there.
Took my 2014 Acura TL in today for routine maintenance work to be done. Found out that my extended warranty doesn’t cover oil change and the basic things. All it covers is the engine and the electrical items plus the transmission apparently. Was a little disappointed. � So upon inspection the service tech found a few things that I have to be concerned about. My car was given a wash job and it was vaccumed. They did not clean the interior or remove some plastic water bottle caps that I left in the door tray. I drove home and ... read more

Kyle was extremely helpful and very professional. Took his time to answer all my questions and was very honest about what I needed and what I didn’t. Everyone in the lounge area was also very kind.
Christian Gonzalez, the service advisor, did an excellent job. He clearly explained to work to be done and the need and cost for each work item. He kept me advised of the progress of the work throughout the service call.

Took my car for service and met Brandy. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance.
Very little wait time in the complimentary lounge with good snack and coffee. Friendly service advisor. Quick paperwork. My MDX got brake rotor replaced free of charge since it’s still under manufacturer warranty and 4-wheel alignment done with great price (they price matched when I showed BrakeCheck discount coupon). Both services took one day at the same place (no need for me to get alignment done at a different auto shop), so they also provided me a loaner car, very convenient.
