I have to give my compliments to the Service team at Karen Radley Acura. In particular my associate Torrence and Patrick the manager. awful service in the service dept. over charge on labor 125.00 to diagnosis issue non refundable so when they tell you it will cost 769.00 but then when you go to pay for it, they charge you 45.00 just to pay the bill. very shady way of doing busy.
Stellar service. The service advisor went above and beyond to help me deal with an ”inherited” Acura from Austin.

I should have read the service reviews of this place before going there. After clearly communicating what i needed done on my car with the guy who attended to me, he ended up including all the recommended fixes on my bill. I was shocked because I had a discussion with him about how little I wanted to spend on the car and how I had no time to wait long.
