I have taken my 2013 TLX to the dealership from the beginning. All of my experiences have been great so far. The sales representative keeps me informed, including future services. I have 85000 miles thus far and haven't had to use my extended warranty yet.
I have been using Sterling McCall Acura as my sole service provider for my vehicle and I have not been disappointed in the 4 years I've been here.
My service representative was very accommodating and efficient. Took great care of my needs, explained everything. Had a loaner car ready. Had my car ready when promised. Completely satisfied.
I always love getting my vehicle serviced. My service advisor provides prompt service, efficient repairs, and most needed recommendation. I rate my advisor a 10 out of 10
I would have rated it a five star for the service if I didn't get the impression that my car is going to be clean because I received a text and an email saying that the service is complete and now in the process of wash and vacuum. But when I got the car back it was neither washed nor vacuumed. I mean I didn't expect my car to be washed. It's just I'm set up to be disappointed, that's all!
