I had my Acura TSX towed into Sterling McCall in late 2017 for reflashing of a new ECU, cutting a new genuine Acura 35113-SEC-A01 Immobilizer Key, programming the new Acura key, and then diagnostic work of the no-start condition. My service adviser that day was Ms. Bacon. My TSX was in the service area for a number of hours and at the end, I was told that my current engine had two cylinders with low compression results and that a complete new engine would be needed. Christian Gonzalez took care of my car and was a great assistance. He made sure he got to the root of my problem, communicated it, gave me a nice rental car, made sure my issue was fixed, and returned an impeccably clean car. Ask for him when you need service. He is really good.
The service was prompt and professional. Also the Service Advisor (Brandy) kept me up to date with the status of the repair throughout the day!

Just came back from the oil change service and they did not put the oil cap back on. Then I called the Sterling McCall to complain but receptionist said the service is closed and I have to wait till Monday then just hung up.
Excellent service was provided for a trout one service as also an added problem. Juan Macias was quick, efficient and very helpful to make my visit an extremely pleasant one � Thank you !!
