Took our 2005 and 2016 Acura’s for service today. The service department did a great job of getting our cars in and out about the same time. Good amenities while you wait.Great place to have service done.
I bought my 1999 Acura 3.5 Rl brand new when the business was Southwet Acura. I have been going since 1999 and have always enjoyed the service. On today 2. 15. 2018 my service advisor was Christian Gonzales he gave me excellent customer service.
I was referred to Sterling McCall by Jerry Reynolds (Car Pro Show) Our purchase went smoothly and easily and we were very pleased with the dealership! I now will never deal with Sterling McCall again! We no longer own the Acura, so on 9/29/2017 we started the cancellation process on the Acura Care we had purchased when we bought the vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever been to! Sales and service departments have been horrible! Edwin is so rude and the service department gives us a hard time for everything! Gladly drove 5 hours to get my new MDX and were even told to avoid Sterling McCall for service! Even though they are closest dealership to me I will never go back!
Spoke to Bobbi on the phone about my hands free system not working properly. She asked if I was able to come in for the guys to take a look and unfortunately found out I had to replace my hands free link system. She was able to get me a loaner car the next day which I kept for about 4-5 days, no big deal. I got my car back washed, vacuumed, and a working HFL system. Friendly, communicative, and personable. Honestly one of the nicest service experiences I have ever had. Went in for a state vehicle inspection, and walked out w/ a significant repair, but it was all explained and handled wonderfully. Thanks Juan and Sterling McCall Acura!

I've been chasing the finance department on a service agreement refund for almost a month and can only get someone to speak with me when I go directly to the dealership in person. I've had the same communication issues with another department. I would never recommend this dealership. The GM replied to my review on Yelp asking me to call him, but he's yet to return my call. That was 2 months ago...
Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient too! Will be going back!
