I took my RDX to Sterling McCall Acura because it is close to my office. I arrived for my appointment a half hour early and David checked me in right away. He was very efficient and personable. I was driving off the lot at 1:25 It was a good experience and I will go back for my next service.
I dropped in today to see about replacing a park on my Console latch. They had the part but Jay told me it might be a couple of hours since I hadn't made an appointment and there were other cars ahead of me. I decided to go ahead and wait rather than make and appointment and come back. Less than 20 minutes later Jay returned with my keys and said he'd snuck me in. I was out the door quickly. Thank you

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took 7 months for them to get a title for our car. I had to get temporary plates 4 times. I never actually did get real plates. By the time the title came in a tire blew on the car and it was totaled. Had it not been totaled I would have had to take my time to get another inspection and then go to the DOT to get my plates since it was past the 6 month window. No one answers when you are transferred and voicemails don't get returned. I'm currently waiting for the refund of my war... read more
