Worked with a sales person for over an hour over the phone. Finally decided to come in and buy the car. I let the salesman know I was on my way and that I would be driving out with it tonight. It was important that he knew since I was drive from Baytown to Sugar Land. Half way into the trip he calls to inform me the car was sold. You had one chance and you blew it. I will never set foot in your dealership.

Saturday November 14th I purchased a car from Darrell Babineaux. Darrell was a great sales person. The moment I arrived in the building Darrell welcomed me and most importantly he listened to me. Though I was just test driving on the first day he did not pressure me and allowed me to make my own decision. Darrell was also very knowledgeable about the options available in the vehicle. Thank you Darrell for making my car buying experience an AMAZING one.

We needed a pre-owned car for our teenage son and Russell was able to find the perfect car . He went way above and beyond for us. He was very helpful, was not pushy and we highly recommend him and this dealership

Update: Don't buy a car here, after they take your money, they don't care about you anymore. We traded in our car and whomever bought it went on the toll road without a toll tag. So guess who got the toll violations, we did. We first spoke with Ronnie about this and he assured us he would refund us the toll violation within a couple of days. Fast forward 2 months later and at least 7 phone calls later to Ronnie, whom doesn't work there anymore and to both sales managers Ray and somebody. Still no refund on the toll violation... read more

I recently purchased a used car for my son who Attends Texas State University. I explained to Mr. Darrell Babineaux exactly what I wanted and he delivered. It took about an hour and I was done with the paperwork and had scheduled an appointment to pick up my new car purchase.
