I definitely don’t recommend Acura of Little Rock I would suggest to go somewhere else. General rules only apply to certain individuals when dealing with this location (seen first hand) per the general manager Turner.....

NEVER EVER BUY/LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. we have been hassled and charged fees for a car that has been in the shop every month since it was purchased and this Acura Dealership does nothing and is not concerned with our safety but just wants to get as much money from us as they can. Absolutely horrible customer service and you will REGRET any business done with them.

I like the car but I will never waste my time on this location ever again. They hassle you to buy a warranty and when you need something fixed, they can not help you. It is easy for them to take your money and not give adequate customer service. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The service and sale department are rude. They say they will call and they never do. The Acura in East Brunswick are more professional and are able to answer any questions you need than the people at Ocean.
