yesterday I went to sterling McCall to get a car. my sales rep was Darrell Babineaux. I told him what I wanted and what was in my price range and he really made it happen for me and my family. its a true saying God put people in your life for a reason. If you are looking for professionalism this is your place, my salesman Darryl Babindeaux was excellent he understood my situation and got me a deal that fit my needs and want, he didn't pressure me and made sure i had no worries... I was seriously in and out within a hour and a half... and last but not least the rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful as well!!! For my first time buying a car my experience was A+. I had a great salesmen Mr. Darrel Babineaux who listen to exactly what I wanted, gave great advice on purchasing a new car and made my buying experience very easy. He was very accommodating knowing I was coming from out of town to purchase my car. Everything was ready when I arrived, he answered all my questions and provided A+ customer service. I just purchased a certified pre-owned TLX and it was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesperson Fraser was incredibly informative, honest, and respectful of our time and needs. Everyone in the dealership was extremely attentive and took great care of us. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would!! I bought my daughter a car had it 6 months and it had broke down 6 times in the 6 months. She was driving home from college and the engine went out! Fatih the sales manager assured me that he was putting my daughter in a good car for the second time and that everything was checked out and in good condition . Awesome experience. From the test drive to financing, everything was top notch. Everyone was very helpful and committed to my satisfaction. Darrell Babineaux was my sales person and was extremely helpful. Thomas Simmons was the sales manager also worked with me to find the car I needed. Never do business here. I had someone "appraise" my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 only to have me return to my car smelling like a burnt clutch. I guess they make sales by destroying your car.
