Horrible service went at 2am--- only car in drive thru still took 20 minutes. Immature boys working cussing over the drive thru headset calling each other bitches. Their excuse was they have a slow cook tonight. Love the food but will go to another location
Terrible mangentment, horrible food, even worse service!!
Was not as slow as others stated but it would have been nice to be offered silverware and napkins with the meal. Finished my entire burger before the waitress came back by and I could ask for some. No salt at the table and the ketchup was empty as well.
By far the worst steak and shake I've ever been too. Awful customer service, terrible owners, and sub-par food!
The food sucks... Poorly run... Staff is extremely ghetto ... Would never go there again
