Steak n Shake offering free meal to veterans today.....Dec 2nd.... Very impressive.... Just left the store after having complimentary burger and fries,... I really like their spirit and courage of giving back to the community... Kudos
So much better than when it first opened. Well organized, great food, great to-go shakes.
I love steak n shake no matter where it is ill be there. This is the closest one to my house about an hour drive and i try to come at least every other month
When it first opened and the drive through wait was hours long I should have known it would be downhill from there. They seldom get my order correct, one employee asked ME how to make a garlic burger and on one occasion I saw employees carrying in bags from Sam's Club. Now comes word from that they didn't feed veterans. -5 stars......rating system

Soo this was actually pretty depressing. Me and my friends drove an hr just to finally get Steak 'n Shake and it was a huge disappointment. The service was horrible try as she might our waitress was ok but there was definatly times I just got frustrated but the hostess, woooow she had the WORST attitude and to be completely honest seemed pretty racist from our stand point. This Idiot managed to piss off a Ton of Vet's! I will along with thousands of others will write and jam up the phone lines of corporate until they give in and revoke his restaurant and demand that he needs to take the name Steak & Shake off his business because his membership has been revoked & money invested will not be returned!!!! Mess with the Veterans and you'll end up in the hole
The owner of this store is giving the good name of "Steak and Shake" a huge black eye! The things I have read about this piece of $4!7 have changed the perception I have of this company for ever!
First time and last I will ever eat at this dump! Don't honor veterans! Go to hell no more of my money will support this place! Not to mention we waited over an hour to get a drink, more then 2 hours later we left!
