We stopped at this location on Sunday afternoon on our way home and the service was HORRIBLE!!Not only was the waitress rude as hell but she got our order wrong, took her sweet time getting our kids their shakes and made a smart ass comment about it when asked at the counter. But what takes the cake was that our bill was wrung up for $18 more than what was on the ticket. Then they call themselves correcting it and giving us back a credit and $6 in cash. this is our 3rd time coming here. Thinking it may be better the next time around. the first time we liked it, 2nd time I got a BLT and there was a slice of bacon a piece of lettuce the size of 2 quarters and a dab of mayo with a 1/4 slice of tomato. I was so annoyed. I went to wawas and got a real BLT. 3rd time I went - today - burger was good, milk shakes good, a dab of sauce on our burgers tho. the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. I will NEVER eat here again!!! Milkshake spilled in my lap because lid wasn't on. Instead of handing me napkins he tries to hand me the other sodas. No apology. That was the worst of this visit but not the only thing that happened! NEVER AGAIN
Good food but horrible customer service. No manners.
The host from Steak n Shake mr. Marvin is the greatest man in Steak and Shake ever could get to watch their door
Wish I could upload the chilli cheese steak dog and the cold hard fries very disappointed...returned the items but the manager just handed me back my and informed me that my money should be back in my card will not be back
