We went before dinner time, 430. Ordered shakes then food, 38 mins later no food, no waitress and our shakes sat for 5 mins waiting to be brought out. Other people who came in after us got their shakes and food. We won't be going back.

Hour wait in drive thru on a Sunday night (7:30ish). I've been to other SnS around the same time with same amount of cars and never had to wait close to that time. Order was also wrong and we had to wait, and hold up people behind us, while the problem was corrected.
Food and service sucked on my first and only visit. If the Veterans Day info is true then this Ass Clown needs run out of town.
If u really can't support veterans on Veterans Day, you need to go back to your own country
Well on the bright side look how famous you have become! They say any publicity will help but in this case, I am not so sure! I scrolled all the way down to read the reviews of people who actually have eaten your food and the good news is your ratings can't drop much lower. This is America douchebag, how about you pack up your camel and go home? I hope all the employees start looking for new jobs, walk out on this guy! If he wants to run his business like this let him do it all by himself!
I would rate a big fat 0 also if I could. Not just because of the Veterans not being appreciated but because their food and service actually sucked. Waitress could not get the order right, took forever to order, too long to get served. Definitely will not be going back there.
Only restaurant in the chain to turn away veterans on Veterans Day. Shame on the owner.
Refuses to take part in the company-wide Veterans Day commemoration in which veterans receive a free breakfast item on Veterans Day. Boycotting until at least Veterans Day 2016.
