Waited 25 minutes for two milkshakes and the manager was very unfriendly. Worst place I have ever been and certainly won't be going back. My advice - don't even think about stopping here!
Stopped by for the first time tonight. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get two milkshakes. Ten of those minutes was at the window after I paid. Aweful service.
It really sucked we ordered 3 milkshakes and it took 30 minutes to get them at the drive through and then when we got them they were warm and almost completely melted. So my experience at steak and shake sucked. Will never go back
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Order was wrong, fries were cold. Very unorganized. Drive thru person was fine,, burger wasnt much better than Mcdonalds. Dont know if eating in is any better but I won't be going back.
hour and a half to get a burger. what a joke. employees wandering around like they were lost with a rag in there hand trying to look busy. couldnt get a drink refill to save our lives. im pretty sure our waitress was drunk or high. its pretty bad i couldnt even talk to a manager to complain because he was hiding in the back somewhere

The food was good, but the service I received from a particular young lady tonight was absolutely horrible. She needs some training in customer service.
