Although the food is good, the service is by far the worst we have ever experienced. We pulled up to the drive thru and started to order. We were then asked to "hold on a second" and we watched, to our amazement, all the lights in the drive thru shut off and everyone literally went outside for a smoke break!!! We thought that maybe someone new was working the register and couldn't figure it out without someone who was on break but nope, she was on a smoke break too! Stopped in with the kids. Kayla was or server. She did a great job. Food was at our table in a timely matter. And was all on all a good server.
The food is tasty as always but the staff here- not so friendly. Filthy bathrooms and lots of stares from the employees who are standing around takings selfies and acting creepy. We felt uncomfortable to say the least, they don't make guests feel welcome.
Tried again. I had heard it was under new management. If it is, they still suck. NEVER AGAIN. Service inside was so poor. Drive thru is a better option. But all in all. It's not good.
Great milkshakes! Slowest drive thru ever. Don't go if you aren't prepared to wait a while.
The service and food, both very good and cost effective too. Love to go there again. Wish to have something like this in Columbia MD
Every time I come here I'm waiting for 20+ minutes for my food just to get the wrong order and have to send it back and wait 20 more minutes for the right food, while my milkshakes melt. Worth the wait once I finally get the right order , I guess .
The worst service and the food takes FOREVER. My husband and I sat down to eat with our two kids at dinner time and ordered two burgers, a hot dog and Mac and cheese. We finally got up and left after 45 minutes of waiting and our waiter telling us it would be ready soon. The host didn't speak English so couldn't answer our questions. Never again.
I saw a girl that works there scratch her ass and handle someones food. Gross.... Every time I'm in the car placing a order there's always rude and racist black employees handeling the orders and being lazy. Hire people that put effort into their job, not idiots that make the corperation look bad.
