Greasy food, like McDonald's but McDonald's taste better. Not impressed for my first time!

This was my second visit. It wasn't any better than the first. Service is slow, and the burgers too greasy. The lettuce in the taco salad had the dirty ends on it. Instead of sending out a full page of coupons to get people to come in spend the money on retraining your staff.
First time trying here. Won't eat here again! Our waitress was very nice, however ordered one milk shake to go, 20 min later, nothing. Asked twice about it, nothing was done. Asked for a refund and that took another 5min of the staff bickering. I highly Do not recommend this location.

The people were really nice. It was very clean. Our waitress was ok not great. The food was delicious could have been hotter. I would go again. For three meals we paid $23.00.
I normally love Steak n' shake but this location is the worst I've ever seen!!! Service was absolutely lousy, the table was filthy, and the guy who sat us wasn't pleasant and he smelled horrible!! It stinks because I got a $100 gift card there and only spent 26.00 bucks of it. There is no other restaurant closer to Delaware for me to use the rest of my gift card as I certainly do not ever want to step back into this one!!
