The food was good and the service was kinda slow but its good food for a reasonable price. I would definitely come back.
So we didn't even get to try the food because they were "closed" 20 minutes before actual close. No idea how this place has stayed open this long. There were people eating in the dining room as well.
Service and food was AMAZING and the chocolate strawberry and salted carmel shakes were absolutely perfect

The owner of the Steak and Shake in Millersville, Maryland busses the tables and takes the tips that customers leave! I watched him do this. I told our waitress and she was hesitant to comment. I said, what do I need to do for you to get the tip I am leaving you today? She said, don't leave it on the table. I couldn't believe it. A father and young son stood up and left and this owner came by and I saw him take the cash and put it in his pocked. I'm reporting this to whoever runs this damn company. Disgusting!!!!!
Took my 5 year old there. Drove 20 min an was excited since this is the only one in the area. Food came out pretty fast. host was cool. I didn't get one of the fancy burgers so not able to critique that. Shake was good. The door man was kinda wack though.
For starts the woman who waited on our table was as high as the clouds. Could hardly speak and her speech was slurred. She brought our food out to the table the fries looked a day old which she pointed out, then told us she checked our food with her finger and it was cold so she took it back. My mind is blown right now!!! They definitely need to do drug test.
No taste.... cold fries....poor service... non-professional cook
Food was horrible!! Only good thing was the banana milkshake & fries! This definitely isn't like the rest of the Steak & Shake we've been to!!
