Service was very slow , out of KitKat milkshakes and they were put in to go cups . The patty on the grilled cheese was so small , it barely covered the bread. Bad experience
My family and I went in for dinner tonight just before 8:00. There were only four tables of customers. We were seated and after waiting at least 10 minutes, without anyone coming to take drink orders, we left. Poor customer service at this location.
So far not impressed. Stuck in the stupid drive thru because of the barrier and they said 10 mins to get to the window. I have a baby crying in back. Never again. Chick fil A for shakes always in the future. Never had to wait 10 mins from the time of ordering and rarely at all in general.
Normally we love Steak 'n Shake but this one was horrible!! We waited a while for service at a dirty table and when I ask the waitress to wipe it she only wiped half of the table. They had ants really bad. I ask for barbecue sauce on the side, but it came on the burger, I got a turtle shake that should have came with nuts but came out with no nuts. The other waitress was putting up chairs on the tables and totally looked like she was stoned out of her mind. Needless to say it was NOT a pleasant experience in anyway!!
Service was glacial, server was not particularly helpful or attentive, fries were mealy and not fresh, burger was passable (Five Guys blows this out of the water), orange cream milkshake was good once we got it. Tried it; won't be going back. Shame it's the only one in MD.
The fries were horrible.... The burger was OK but not really hot temperature wise..
Kids eat free on the weekends... Enough said! Still, even without that, the garlic burgers are from heaven and the little shoestring fries are addicting. The milkshakes are a hit with the kids and adults alike. We love this place and are glad it has come to Maryland!
Way to long In drive through. Over 30 minutes to get a burger. Not going back again. When I got the food it was ok... but lukewarm and fries stale. Millersville needs to step it up
Food quality was horrible as was the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Food was cold and tasted like it was freezer burnt. Never again.
