Thought the drive thru would be quick. There were only about 4 cars ahead of us. Pulled right up to the speaker and placed our order. It took over 20 minutes to get to the window. When we did get or food it was cold and they had the wrong sandwich. Also no straws or napkins given.
Horrible ! Place was dirty , service was hit and miss ( bad server ) , food was wrong are incomplete , fries cold ,and shakes melted and wrong . Will never return again .
Very slow service. Food was OK. Definitely hadn’t better at other Steak N Shake locations.

The best burgers for a reasonable price. The fries are better then any other burger joint.
Had a late lunch (1:30-2:00) with my family of four today. We were seated pretty quickly and most of the tables were empty. We were offered the choice of a table or booth, which was nice. We opted for a booth and were taken to a table that had not been wiped down yet. There were sticky spots and areas of spilled soda from the last occupants. This isn't usually a big deal at other places as the servers are usually apologetic and quick to return with a towel. Not the case here...Continue Reading
Unbelievably poor customer service. Went through the drive through. Guy cursed saying he was going to punch someone in the f’in mouth. And told me to wait. I waited 5 minutes and could y back out. Drive to window where no one was. Then pulled through and went in to complain to manager. No one ever came to serve me at the counter. Never again. Should have believed the reviews.
Fries were hard as a rock,service was poor,the Fresno burger was good
I loved the food. Great service, awesome prices and fantastic milkshakes
