I'm going to give them a 1 simple for the fact that it took 20 mins to get a milkshake and they asked me about 15 times what I had ordered. I thought under new ownership I'd give them a try. Nothing has changed. So good luck to them!
Food was great, it looked exactly like the food in the menu. Service was slow, but everybody was working hard so they are probably still learning. Waiter was attentive. Much better now than it used to be. We will go back.
I got sick the last time I ate here, but I decided to give it another go with the family tonight. Waited an hour for food after waiting for service in the first place. It took half an hour to get drinks. Service is absolute shit. This will be my last.
Went there got seated and waited for 25 mins to get someone to get our drink order and food order. Food came out and had to send my daughters food back it wasnt correct. My bf asked about kids eat free and they tell us they never heard of that. Food was great but the services was horrible. But when we left we saw a sign on the window about kids eat free all weekend. This was our first visit under new management. The difference is incredible. The place is clean, service was fast,food was great. I only had one complaint,I ordered my burger without onions. It came with onions. The servers order said no onions. The mistake wasn't the server it was the kitchen. She apologized and offered to take it back. I declined, the wife and I had someplace to be. Sat in drive through for 30 min so far and I am still here waiting!!! Monday May 7th at 7:30pm I pulled in and it is after 8:00pm and I am still 3cars from the window I was the 6th car when I pulled in! 15min a car is unexceptionable!! Extremely unhappy!!! This will be a hour drive through order!!
I had been here under the past management multiple times, and while the food was always good, the service was atrocious. The drive thru was always packed because it took 10-15 minutes of waiting after ordering just to get a couple burgers and the staff members were incredibly rude. Drove 45 minutes to try this place out under the new management. Was seated quickly and with a warm smile. Service was excellent and the food was everything I could have imagined (then more). I got the chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and the original prime burger. Both were made exceptionally well. I also added the special Steak 'n Shake seasoning to my fries (highly recommend).
