Just got home from ordering food. We paid for a guacamole burger with no mayo. We got home and all that's on it is meat and pepper jack cheese, and lettuce. Refund? Free food? Stop being incompetent? Thanks
Came to have dinner on a Thursday night. Our party of three sat at our given booth. That is the only time we were taken into consideration. No one came to take our order, not even for drinks. Two other parties were seated after us and their orders were not taken either. The restaurant was not busy. We gave it 15 minutes before we left. The waitresses working literally walked by all of us and ignored us all. I honestly feel like they did it on purpose.
Usually when I go it’s horrible, the staffing is unorganized and can’t ever seem to get people seated. But yesterday around 11:30 pm it was 7 of us and a NICE YOUNG white lady helped us very quickly and attended us super fast. She has amazing customer service and needs a promotion. Thank you!
Waited about 30 minutes for our food. The prime steak burger was not very warm. But the French fries were warm enough.
Out drink order came right out, but the Shake made it out when our food was almost finished. It took us 35 minutes to get a bite size burger, I was wondering why everyone was sitting without any food when we walked in. Our orders was wrong, even though they fixed it, it still took another 20 minutes for that order to come out. Geesh time out , the manager was extremely nice though and discounted our bill.
Great food for cheap. 2 kids and 2 adults 20 dollars.
Great food, fun atmosphere and kids eat free on the weekends.
