they are the worst place. the manager was an utter motheryard, the food sucks and is questionably healthy...and the employees were a bunch of motherugly idiots...the health department needs to investigate, throw everyone out, and shut that place down!!!
Extremely rude and disrespectful and it was a manager I’m a Doordasher and I’ll never accept a steak and shake order ever again at least not from here. Also I’m going to be filing a complaint as well and calling corporate headquarters

this place was the worst fast food place I have ever been to, and it was my first time. I've always heard good things about steak and shake and I was so disappointed. waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food, on top of that when my boyfriend asked for the manager the employee that ran the food out said that the manager didn't wanna come out hahah how unprofessional. asked him if everything was in the bag, he replies "idk" I just run the food. well someone that has been in the food business 5+ years, doesnt matter ... read more

We have tried to come here every night for the last 7 days. They close at 10pm because of quarantine. We came at 9:20pm tonight and they said they stopped taking orders so they can put things away by 10pm as the women laughed at us over the speaker and her and 4 other workers are standing at the back door smoking in the parking for AWHILE( yummy).
